DIY Copper Candelabrum
I realise that a candelabrum isn’t really something you whip out for a casual midweek dinner 😅 but this guy is going to be the centrepiece of our Christmas table 🎄Plus I have another idea for this candelabrum for a later project 🤗
With Christmas just 5 weeks away (thank God) I’m hoping we’ll be able to share the table with friends and family 🙏🏻
I saw candelabras on Pinterest that were made from copper tubing, which is where the inspo came from for this project! It’s actually surprisingly simple, too - you just need to cut down the tubing 🙌🏻💫

From Bunnings:
- Kembla 3/4" x 1.5m Copper Straight Length $18
- Kinetic 20mm 90 Degrees Copper Capillary Elbow x 6, $3.85 each
- Kinetic 20 x 20 x 20mm Copper Capillary Tee x 4, $4.75 each
- SmarteX-Press 25 x 20mm Copper Male And Female Reducer x 6, $5.05 each
- A junior hacksaw. I used the Craftright 150mm Junior Hacksaw with 5 Blades $3.95. However the blades blunt quickly (allow 1 blade per tube) so I purchased Eclipse Metal Cutting Junior Hacksaw Blades - 10 Pack $8.95 which were actually much sharper. I've since been told that a tube cutter from Bunnings will also do the job!
You’ll also need:
- A ruler
- A whiteboard marker
- 2 x G clamps (you can pick these up cheaply at Bunnings)
- 2 x old cloths/rags
